Error E4502

Cannot create a new slot record for MMO. (EC = error code)

Module:

Media Management Option (MMO)

Reason:

Failed to create a new slot record.

If you use an incorrect slot table or the same slot ID and vault ID, the MMO status is locked and the MMO Database does not allow CA ARCserve Backup to create a new slot record.

Action:

• Use the command line utility ("ca_mmo -reset") to unlock the MMO status.
• Check the error code.
