Reason:

• The Tape Engine does not work well.
• The Database Engine does not work well.
• There is no idle media in the tape library.

Action:

1. Check the Tape Engine status. If it is down, start it.

2. Check the Database Engine status. If it is down, start it.

3. Check the media in the tape library. If there is no blank media, add some more blank media.
