Error E3721

Unable to write to the media as the threshold specified on the system device is hit. (MEDIA=<Media Name> [S/N: <Serial No>], EC=<Error Code>)

Reason:

For staging jobs, while writing to disk, the job hit the disk threshold condition and hence the job can not continue further.

Action:

To allow the staging jobs to continue properly, make sure there is sufficient disk space available.

Ensure the following log files are available from the CA ARCserve Backup installation path \LOG directory:

• TAPE.LOG
• ARCserve.log

  Note: The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically. To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script: “ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
