Reason:

There is a database problem indicating that the CA ARCserve Backup backend is unable to retrieve the VM information from the database.

The VM information is not complete or missing from the database.

Action:

Execute ca_msvmpopulatedb.exe from the Hyper-V host to reinitialize the VM information in the database.
