Error E3373

Unable to retrieve VM records from database. (ESXServer=<Server Name>)

Reason:

CA ARCserve Backup cannot retrieve VM records from the database. This error might be caused by the VM records not being populated into the database properly or they are missed.

Action:

1. Check if the VM records are populated into the database properly. If the correct VM records are in the database, you should be able to see the VM under the backup source tree item "VMware VCB Systems" in the backup manager.
2. If the VM records are not in the database, try to populate the database again.
