Reason:

Unable to get the tape device information from the tape engine. It could be caused by a hardware problem or it could indicate that the Tape Engine Service is no longer running.

Action:

1. Verify that the tape engine is still running, and if it is not, restart it and try running the job again.
2. Check the Activity log and Tape Engine log for any errors.
