Unable to get the tape device information.

Reason:

The tape information cannot be retrieved from the Tape Engine because the Tape Engine is shutdown or is unstable.

Action:

1. Restart the Tape Engine in Server Admin.
2. If the problem is not resolved after restarting the Tape Engine, reboot the machine.
3. If the destination device is on a SAN, check the network status.
