Reason:
The Job Engine has to verify that it updates the DR (Disaster Recovery) information with the copied sessions, before purging the session on disk. But it failed to do so because of an internal error.
Action:
Use the Diagnostic Wizard to gather information for the following logs, which are located in the CA ARCserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:
