Error E1529

[STAGING]Unable to get list of copied sessions of the staging session. (Media=<Media Name>, ID=<Media ID>, Session=<Session No>, EC=<Error Code>)

Reason:

The Database is NOT returning the copied sessions of the staging session because:

• Of an internal bug

  The possible internal bugs are:

  1. The ARCserve database service is not running.
  2. The ARCserve database is not accessible due to the network problem.
  3. The user might not have enough privileges (credentials) to access the ARCserve database.
  4. The ARCserve database is not configured correctly.
• The media on which the copied session was present has already been erased.

Action:

Use the Diagnostic Wizard to gather information for the following logs, which are located in the CA ARCserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:

• JobQueue.log
• CADBLog.log
