Reason:
A session on a File System Device corresponds to a file on disk. At the point when a data migration job has to be created so that the session gets copied from disk to tape, the complete path name of the file corresponding to session on disk is required. The Tape Engine did provide the path name of the session but is invalid. This could happen because of an internal error.
Action:
Use the Diagnostic Wizard to gather information for the following logs, which are located in the CA ARCserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:
