Reason:

The JOBENG.EXE module was unable to obtain status information from the specified service. Examples of status information obtained from a service are:

SERVICE is...

• START PENDING
• STARTED
• STOP PENDING
• STOPPED
• RESUME/CONTINUE PENDING

Action:

Wait a few minutes and then execute the CSTOP command to stop all CA ARCserve Backup services, and then execute the CSTART command to restart all CA ARCserve Backup services.
