The Job Engine was unable to create the Job Queue directory in the CA ARCserve Backup home directory.
Action:
The CA ARCserve Backup home directory may be invalid. Check whether the home directory is a proper DOS format (8.3) directory. If applicable, check whether the drive letter in the home directory exists.
