Reason:

There may be insufficient memory to create the SNMP logger instance on the machine.

Action:

To address this message, check the following:

• Verify that the configured SNMP Manager Station address in BAB_HOME/config/caloggerd.cfg exists
• Verify that the trap destination and community are set in the SNMP configuration file.
