Error E1010

cadbd needs to be preset for merge job

Module:

CA ARCserve Backup Server (cprocess)

Reason:

This could be because of the following reasons:

• The merge job cannot connect to the database daemon (cadbd)
• The database daemon (cadbd) may not be running

Action:

Verify that cadbd is running. If not, enter the following command from the shell prompt:

bab -load cadbd
