Valid on Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 systems.
Symptom:
Log in to the Device Manager to create a cloud connection. After entering your credentials, the connection passes whether the credentials entered were right or wrong. You later access the cloud but fail to connect because the credentials you entered can possibly be invalid.
Solution:
If the error encountered is a proxy error, then you need to check if the proxy parameters are correct. For example: IP address or username and password.
If the error encountered is a network error, then you need to check if the vendor site is available.
