By default, the documentation bookshelf is accessed online from CA Support. However, you can download and install the latest version of the CA ARCserve Backup documentation bookshelf to a local destination.
To install the documentation bookshelf to a local destination:
The CA Support documentation bookshelf opens.
Note: You can also click the Download Help link on the Documentation Configuration dialog.
The File Download dialog appears for the file.
Example: CA ARCserve Backup r16-ENU.zip (English version).
The Save As dialog appears.
Example: CA ARCserve Backup r16-ENU.zip
The Download complete dialog appears and the zip file is saved.
The zip file opens, the folder containing the zip file opens, or the dialog closes.
Note: If the extraction utility contains an overwrite existing files option, you should enable the option. However, if the extraction utility prompts you to overwrite the files in the destination directory, click Yes to All.
The documentation bookshelf is downloaded, installed in the local directory, and updated to the latest version.
