RMAN exits with error code: ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (%s) exceeded

Symptom:

When I try to back up or restore, I use multiple channels. But the RMAN exits with error code

ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (%s) exceeded.

Solution:

This is caused by incorrect channel count specified.
