Configure StorageTek ACSLS Volumes

The StorageTek ACSLS Option Volume Configuration is an easy way for you to add Volumes to your CA ARCserve Backup server. To configure the StorageTek ACSLS Option Volumes, perform the following procedure:

Note: You only need to configure the volumes if you wish to change the configuration at this time.

1. The Volume Configuration screen displays with the volumes StorageTek ACSLS Option located in the Library.
2. Right-click any volume to display a menu. From this menu, you can choose to:
   • Assign the volume to the CA ARCserve Backup server
   • Unassign the volume from the CA ARCserve Backup server
   • Mark/Unmark a cleaning cartridge

Note: Only one Cleaning Volume can be assigned to a CA ARCserve Backup Server. For more information about Cleaning Volumes, see the Administration Guide.
