Scan Button

This causes the Agent for Open Files to look for active servers on your network, and update the File Servers list.

Note: The Agent for Open Files only scans expanded branches of the network hierarchy in the File Servers list. To scan a collapsed network branch, you must expand it first. When you do so, that branch is scanned immediately if no servers are already known to exist in that branch. To do a full scan of the branch, click the Scan button when the branch is expanded.
