Backup Verification Option - Compare Backup Media to Disk

Reads blocks of data from the media and compares the data, byte for byte, against the source files on the source machine. This option is more time consuming, but it ensures that all data on the media is exactly as it is on disk. If CA ARCserve Backup finds a mismatch, the Activity Log is updated with this information.
