Enable Extended Features Check Box

Check this check box to enable logging of the Agent for Open Files events to occur through the CA ARCserve Backup logging and alerting system (if installed). On Windows, logging occurs only to a copy of CA ARCserve Backup running on the same server.

Note: You can use this check box when you enable the CA ARCserve Backup client and no others (apart from the remote clients, which can be used by CA ARCserve Backup running on a different server). If you check this box while other clients, in addition to CA ARCserve Backup, are enabled, you are asked if you want to disable them. If you subsequently re-enable one of these clients, the CA ARCserve Backup Integration Features are disabled again.
