ca_backup - Lotus Agent Database Options

The ca_backup command includes the following Lotus agent database options:

ca_backup -source [<hostname> [<hostIP>]] [node options] 

-database LOTUS <LotusInstance_HostName> [<Lotus_DBFileName>] 
[-lotusfilter <include|exclude> <file|dir <pattern>>]
[dbase options]

Note: The ca_backup database options are described in a separate topic titled "Database Options" and can be viewed from the actual CLI by entering the following command: ca_backup allusage.

• LotusInstance_HostName

  Specifies the host name where the Lotus Domino is installed.

• Lotus_DBFileName

  Specifies the Lotus database file name to be backed up.

• -lotusfilter <include|exclude> <file|dir <pattern>>

  Specifies the filters to be applied to the backup job. Through the use of these filters, you can include or exclude specific files and directories from your backup jobs.
