This option updates the Conditions dictionary file from the Conditions file in the Generation library. New and changed conditions are updated with the genlib text, unchanged conditions are left with their translated text, and unused conditions are deleted. The updated flag is set appropriately.
This option can take considerable time. It is recommended that you run it in batch.
