In order to correctly support CA 2E (particularly Web Service Support) you need to ensure that you have the latest IBM Cumulative Package and Latest HTTP Group PTFs installed.
Note: There are additional PTFs required. At the time of writing this document, the following PTFs are not yet included in the Latest Cumulative packages and must be ordered separately:
5722SS1 - SI34862
5761SS1 - SI34865
