The CTS startup procedure contains all JCL required to initiate the LAB subtask including the label processor and the CA Earl component.
LAB can be started manually or automatically when CTS is started. CA Common Services for z/OS Services CAIENF must have started and CAICCI communications must be up and operational before LAB is started.
